Ashley Kimsey

Ashley Kimsey is a native of Central Florida and an associate attorney at Darling Law. She went to the University of Central Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in legal studies. She later graduated from law school at the University of Florida. While in school, she worked for Walt Disney World Company and two prominent US Carriers, Allegiant Air and American Airlines.

After passing the bar here in Florida, her first position out of law school was at the State Attorney’s Office in Daytona Beach. Her extensive background in customer service and experience on both sides of the criminal justice system make her an incredible asset to our office.

She communicates quickly and effectively with all of her clients and can achieve favorable outcomes by keeping open lines of communication with all parties involved. She dedicates her practice to seeking justice and advocating diligently for her clients.
